Vector Linux graphical installer.

A New Generation GUI installer for Vectorlinux written in Gambas 2. A lot of users have been asking for this. We still believe a well thought-out text installer is more efficient with resources and works on hardware where graphics mode is difficult to achieve from a reduced installer environment, but since we also believe in choice, we're working on it.
